Billie White, 94, passed away Monday, September 5, 2022, in Quanah. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 9, 2022, at Quanah Memorial Park.

Billie Loraine Carter was born in Duke, Oklahoma on December 13, 1927, to the late N. H. and Rebecca Ross Carter.   She married John Cecil Antes in Davidson, Oklahoma and together they raised two daughters. John preceded her in death in 1979. Billie was later to married Clyde A. White, who preceded her in 2011. She was a Baptist.

Survivors include her daughter Donnita Powell of Quanah and one granddaughter. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Betty Antes Crump and seven siblings.
