Billy Noel Smith, better known as Beau, passed from this life on Monday, June 1, 2020. He was 68. The family has planned a memorial service to be held at Pease River Cowboy Church, Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Beau was born in Louisville, Mississippi on September 23, 1951, to Beal and Cecil (Starks) Smith. He and Betty Kerr were married on September 1, 1984 in Louisville. Beau was a member of Pease River Cowboy Church. He will be long remembered for his love of little children.

Beau is survived by wife Betty; 2 sons, Brett Smith and wife Ida, and Joshua Smith and wife Kayla; 6 grandchildren, Logan, Alison, Shannon, Gunner, Easton, and Walker; 3 sisters, Christine Hatcher, Shirley Baxter, and Diane Castleberry, numerous nieces and nephews; and many others whom he loved.
