Bobby Charles Willard, 70 of Vernon, Texas died on Thursday, April 1, 2021, in Vernon, Texas.

Bobby was born Monday, December 11, 1950 in Wellington, Texas. He was the son of the late Elmer Willard and the late Ruby Ruth Moore Willard. He was a graduate of Quanah High School, he attended Midwestern State University. He worked at Wal-Mart. He loved art work and painting especially oriental design. He loved his family very much and he had a big heart. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Quanah.

Bobby is survived by his two brothers, Earl Willard of Missoula, MT and Jimmy Willard of Waco, TX, two sisters, Marilyn Wallace of Vernon, TX and Karen Lance of Quanah, TX. Many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Erwin Willard, and a sister, Joy Hudson.
