Don Jerry Fisher passed away early Monday morning, August 28, 2023.  A graveside memorial service will be held at 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 1st, at the Goodlett Cemetery. Rev. Josh Crow will officiate.

Don was born May 30, 1950, to Victor and Mattie Lou (Miller) Fisher in Honey Grove, Texas. He had been a longtime resident of Quanah and a member of the Nazarene Church.  Don served in the United States Army from 1970-1972; worked at Georgia Pacific for 27 years; and retired from the Quanah Housing Authority. He married Cathy (Kubicek) Call on January 1, 2023 at their home in Quanah.

Don is survived by his wife, Cathy Call Fisher; son, Adam Fisher (Angela); daughter, Nickie Fisher; grandchildren, Kimberly Florez, Karlee Lopez, Kelly Lopez, J.D. Lopez, Caitlin Fisher, and Hannah Fisher; and sister, Nancy Johnson.
