Eddie Wayne Wright, 60, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in Vernon, Texas.

Eddie was born August 31, 1957, in Altus, Oklahoma, to Floyd Preston and Laverne (Carroll) Wright.

He was an electrician by trade and worked at Acme for many years.

Eddie is survived by his mother, Laverne Dowlen; and sister, Darla Stewart, both of Lubbock, Texas.

There will be a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at Trinity Baptist Church, with Rev. John Spangler officiating.

The family suggests that memorials be made to Trinity Baptist Church.
