Evalyn Gianna-Renae Munoz, passed away January 4th, 2019 at Children's Medical Center in Dallas. She was 2 years, 6 months, and 15 days old.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 14 ^th , at Smith Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Quanah Memorial Park.  Public visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Saturday; and family visitation will be held from 1-5 p.m., Sunday, at Smith Funeral Home.

Evalyn was born June 20, 2016, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Filiberto "Beto" Munoz and Eliza Longoria.

She was preceded in death by her father, Beto Munoz, on September 27, 2016; and by a cousin, Jose Longoria, Jr.

Survivors include her mother – Eliza Longoria, and step-father, Adam Medina; a brother, Gavin Longoria; 2 sisters, Elisa Munoz and Hazel Medina; maternal grandmother, Josie (David) Cantu of Childress; maternal grandfather, Alejandro Longoria, Jr., of Childress; paternal grandmother, Yolanda (Damien) Zapata of Eagle Grove, Iowa; paternal grandfather, Jose (Reina) Munoz of Vernon; lots of aunts; lots of uncles; numerous cousins; and many others who love and miss her.
