Jerry Lee Riley passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 25, at the Church of Christ in Quanah. Visitation will take place from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow at Quanah Memorial Park.

Jerry was born on October 12, 1939, in Quanah, Texas, to Robert and Maurice Moore Riley. He married Beatrice Montoya in 1993 in Amarillo, Texas. A Master Plumber, Jerry worked for Texas Health and Human Services – MHMR and later for the Amarillo Public School District. He was a devoted member of the Church of Christ.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Beatrice Riley of Quanah; his children, Jerry John Riley of Bushland, Texas, and Judy Riley Combs of Amarillo, Texas; and his stepchildren, Joe Cano of Quanah, Gene Cano of Amarillo, David Cano of Amarillo, Christopher Cano of Quanah, Crissy Cano of Amarillo, and Helen Cano of Quanah. He also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jerry will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
