Jerry D. Stewart, 80 of Seymour, Texas died on Sunday, January 17, 2021, in Seymour, Texas.

Graveside service will be Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Quanah Memorial Cemetery in Quanah, Texas under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Wallace Clay.

Jerry was born Monday, October 21, 1940 in Chillicothe, Texas, he was the son of the late Cecil D. Stewart and the late Neva Wallace Stewart. He married Lena Franks on December 8, 1960 in Crowell, Texas she preceded him in death on April 4, 2011. He worked in well service rig operator.

Jerry is survived by his daughters, Neva James of Seymour, TX and Annette Kendrix of Hobbs, NM, two sisters, Joyce Land and husband Kenneth of Dumas, TX and Wanda Blackshear and husband Perry of Cleo Springs, OK.
Fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by a son, Denny Stewart, a daughter, Nancy Stewart.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home.
