Julie Sanders, 66, of Knox City and formerly of Quanah, died Saturday, June 1, 2019 in Wichita Falls.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 5 ^th at Eldorado Cemetery.

Julie was born June 19, 1952 in Buffalo, New York to Frances Trepanier. She married Jerry Sanders on June 23, 1991 in Mineral Wells, Texas.

She was the breakfast cook at Ken's Restaurant for 19 years and worked for the Eldorado School System as a cook. She attended the First United Methodist Church in Eldorado.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Sanders; 4 sons, Leonard Robinson of Hollis, Oklahoma, Brandon Sanders of Lipan, Texas, William Sanders and Christopher Sanders of Granbury, Texas; one daughter, Christy Edwards of Eldorado, Oklahoma; one brother, Frank Schmigiel of New York; one sister, Dory Winn of Buffalo, New York; 17 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Zane Robinson in June 2002.

The family suggests that memorials be made to The Danny Thomas Foundation or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
