Lana Raye Gorley, 72, passed away at her home in Wichita Falls, on December 24, 2017.

Lana Raye was born on October 21, 1945 in Borger, Texas, to Raymond and Alyce (Thomas) Gorley.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Quanah. She was also an independent Health Care Worker, and had previously worked for Jordan Health Care.

She is survived by her sisters Alyce Garcia of Wichita Falls, Texas, and Bonnie Gaye Hutson of Wichita Falls, Texas; niece, Angel Garcia; nephews, Aaryn Garcia and Thomas Huston, Jr.; 2 great nephews; and 1 great niece.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Quanah.
