Leonicio Rico, 77, passed away Saturday morning, August 8, 2020 in Quanah. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 12 ^th at Quanah Memorial Park.

Leonicio Reynaldo Rico was born January 12, 1943 in Aiken, Texas to Felix and Marcelina (Vasquez) Rico.  He and Olivia were married April 30, 1965 in Pharr, Texas. Together, they raised 6 children. Leonicio was a musician, and played guitar, bass, and accordion.  He also loved to read.  Leonicio had been a Quanah resident for approximately 20 years, and was a retired handyman.

Survivors include his wife, Olivia Rico, of the home in Quanah; 3 sons, Ralph Rico (Adriana) of Marina Valley, California, Felix Rico (Yvette), of Indio, California, and Rey Rico of Indio, California;  3 daughters, Yolanda Garcia (Andrew), of Chula Vista, California, Rosabelle Rueda (Rene), of McKinney, Texas, and Isabel Westphal (Mike), of Plano, Texas, currently residing in Qatar; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
