Linda Brown, of Quanah, passed away at her home on Wednesday afternoon, December 14 ^th , 2022.  A memorial service is planned for 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 19 ^th at Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Elder officiating.

Linda Lee Marsh was born March 31, 1952, in Quanah to the late Thomas Leonard Marsh and Jessie Lee Ray Marsh. She married Ronnie Brown on November 14, 1970, at Bethel Baptist Church, and together they raised two children. Linda retired from Texas Health and Human Services Dept. of Aging. She enjoyed her grandchildren and attending their sporting activities.

Linda is survived by her husband, Ronnie Brown of Quanah; two children, Jeremy Don Brown of Quanah, and Tara Wood of Hollis, Oklahoma; a sister, Barbara Howard of Ardmore, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren; and was expecting the arrival of her first great grandchild.

The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association to honor her memory.
