Linda Hollenbaugh passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023 in Quanah. A visitation is planned for 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Sunday, April 2 ^nd at Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

Linda Carol Rowland was born September 9, 1947 in Quanah, Texas to Eugene Rowland and Ernestine Edwards Rowland. She was a 1966 graduate from Quanah High School. She worked in different positions at Hardeman County Memorial Hospital for over 30 years and worked as a clerk and Justice of the Peace for over 25 years. She took immense pride in her work as Justice of the Peace. Linda was a member of the Church of Christ.

Linda took great joy in being around her family, and nobody loved the holidays, and decorating for the holidays, more than Linda Carol. Most conversations with Linda began with "well, hon".

Survivors include her children, Amanda Hollenbaugh and Brandon Beck, and wife Kyla, of Quanah; grandchild, Garret Hudspeth; sisters, Judith Ball and husband Terry, of Terrell, Texas, and Vicki Ball, and husband Steve, of Lubbock, Texas; great grandchildren, Payzleigh, Bentley, Mia, Stella and soon to be little boy Nolan. Linda was preceded in death by her son, Scott Beck, in 1995.
