It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lorie Loveless, who left this world peacefully on October 4, 2025, surrounded by love. Born on September 16, 1964, in Quanah, Texas, Lorie was the beloved daughter of Willie Welker. Lorie was united in marriage to Chris Loveless, with whom she shared a beautiful life, full of laughter, devotion, and unwavering love. Together they built a home that welcomed everyone with warmth and care.

She is lovingly survived by her mother Willie Welker and her cherished children: Joshua Lusk, Aubry Cook, Mallory and Moses Martinez, Erin and Tyson Marsh, Jessie and Garrett Stockton, and Megan and Nathan Morris. Her greatest joy came from being a wife to Chris and "mama" to her children, but her favorite title of all was "Lala" to her treasured grandchildren: Laila, Noah, Kennedi, Morgan, Millie, Krew, Karter, Maddilyn, and Anna, each of whom brought light and laughter to her days. Lorie is also survived by her siblings James, Michelle, Billie Jo, and Jackie, as well as her lifelong best friend Louette, who remained by her side through every season of life.

Lorie was known for her kind heart, quick wit, and the way her laughter could fill a room. She had a gift for making everyone feel at home, often through her delicious cooking and the comfort of her company. She cherished simple moments with her family, where love and laughter were always abundant. Her legacy of love, strength, and compassion will live on through all who were blessed to know her.

Though her presence will be deeply missed, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved.
