Mary Frances Bridges, 91, passed away Friday morning, December 2, 2022 in Quanah.   A graveside service is planned for 2:00 p.m., Saturday December 3, 2022 in Cottondale Cemetery, Cottondale, Texas.

Mary Frances Barfield was born July 23, 1931 in Booneville, Texas to Odus Loyd and Blanch Elizabeth Holley Barfield. She married Richard Allen Bridges on February 11, 1951. She had lived in Quanah since 1961. Frances was a member of the Church of Christ and Ladies Bible Study. She was very fond of irises.

Survivors include a son, Barry Bridges of Quanah; daughter, Marcie Reeves, of Quanah; son, Jody Bridges, of Euless; a sister, Doris Sanders of Poolville, Texas; a brother, Jack Morgan, of Wewoka, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Allen Bridges, on December 3, 1989.
