Michael Ybarra, age 49, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020, in Lubbock.

Michael was born in Garden City, Kansas on June 8, 1970, to Richardo and Baudelia (Moreno) Ybarra. He was a graduate of Quanah High School, and later moved to Colorado, where he was a cook in various small restaurants. He is survived by his mother, Baudelia Ybarra of Quanah; a brother, Christopher Ybarra of Colorado City, Texas; 2 sisters, Irene Ybarra of Hobbs, New Mexico, and Corina Wilkerson of Quanah.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richardo, in 1992.
