Mildred "Deedie" Browder, 91, of Cisco, Texas, passed away Sunday morning, January 31, 2021.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 5, 2021, at Eldorado Cemetery in Eldorado Oklahoma under direction of Smith Funeral Home in Quanah.  Dr. David Smith will officiate.

Mildred Dewitt Griffith was born in Eldorado, Oklahoma on June 23, 1929 to Bert and Mildred E. (Brownlow) Griffith. She married W. J. "Bill" Browder on December 17, 1949. Deedie worked as a LVN at Chillicothe and Hardeman County Hospital.  She also helped with the Food Bereavement Committee at First Baptist Church. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cisco and a former member of the First Baptist Church in Quanah.

Survivors include a son, Ricky Browder, and wife Dinky of Cisco; a granddaughter, Sherry James and husband Chris; grandson Jared Browder and wife Amy; great grandchildren, Haley James, and Austin and Justin Browder.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, in July 2012; one son, Gail Browder; two brothers, Edward and Richard Griffith.
