Norma Marie
Binn
Sep 8, 1977 — Feb 19, 2026
Abilene
Norma Marie Binn of Abilene, Texas, was born on September 8, 1977, and passed away on February 19, 2026, surrounded by the deep love of those who cherished her most. Norma's life was a testament to compassion, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her greatest joy was caring for others, and she gave her love freely and wholeheartedly.
She was preceded in death by her beloved paternal and maternal grandparents; her father, Charles Rudd; and her husband, Patrick Binn. Though we mourn her absence, we take comfort in knowing she has been reunited with those who went before her.
Those left to treasure her memory include her daughter, Letrice Binn; her son, Kylan Binn-Pruitt; her mother, Lillian Greenwood, and stepfather, James Greenwood; her grandsons, Demaryius Binn-Smith and De'Vauntae Binn-Smith, who brought endless pride and joy to her life; her sister, Cassie Quintana; her brother, Casey Rudd; her son-in-law, Darrius Smith; her uncle, Gary Rudd; her boyfriend, Andrew Smith; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Norma was known for her warm heart and generous spirit. Her kitchen was often filled with the comforting smells of home-cooked meals, and her home was a place of refuge and laughter. If someone needed a meal, a shoulder to lean on, or simply a listening ear, Norma was there without hesitation. She had a remarkable way of making people feel welcome, valued, and loved. The care she gave so freely to others will remain a lasting part of her legacy.
After courageously battling illness for many years, Norma found peace. While our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we are grateful that she is no longer in pain and is resting in eternal peace.
Cremation services are being handled by Kramer Family Crematory. Graveside services will be conducted by Smith Funeral Home later in March.
The family sincerely appreciates everyone who has been part of Norma's life and is deeply grateful for the prayers, love, and support extended during this difficult time.
Norma's love does not end here. It lives on in the lives she touched, the meals she shared, the hugs she gave, and the family she cherished. She will be profoundly missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
