Patsy Morton, 77, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. A funeral service is planned for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 29 ^th at Eldorado Cemetery in Eldorado, Oklahoma with Rev. Monte Lumpkin officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, December 28 ^th at Smith Funeral Home.

Patsy Ellen Ashford was born January 5, 1944 in Quanah, Texas to the late Henry Ashford and Virgie Ellen Sanders Ashford. She married Jerry Paul Morton in 1961 and together they raised 4 daughters. Jerry preceded her in death in 2016. She was a homemaker and worked as a cook in the fast food restaurant business.

Survivors include 4 daughters: Sherry Ellen Steindel of Helotes, Texas, Patsy Paula Dunkling of Smyrna, Texas, Becky Ann Hodges of Vernon, Texas, and Lydia Ann Zialu of Arlington, Texas; 1 sister, Peggy Serfling of Minneapolis, MN; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
