Rebeca Fuentes passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Smith Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Rebeca Longoria was born January 3, 1969 in Mathis, Texas to Alejandro Longoria, Sr. and Maria Lopez. She married Mario Fuentes on September 29, 2006 in Wilmer, Minnesota. Until recently, she was a resident of Garden City, Kansas. She worked as a personal caregiver and enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Mario Fuentes; mother, Maria Olga Longoria; siblings, Demetrio Longoria and wife Santos, Maribel Longoria, Saul Longoria, Alejandro Longoria, Jr., Maggie Trejo and husband Rito, Leroy Longoria, Sr., Lori Magers, Josh Longoria and wife Eva Camacho; children, Andrew Gomez, Luis Antonio Marine and wife Patricia Martinez, Mike Gomez, Bianca Gomes, Mario Fuentes, Jr. and wife Sierra, and Katherine Fuentes; grandchildren, C.J. Silvas, Jace Silvas, Auggie Silvas, Daveene Silvas, Damien Silvas, Diego Gomez, Julian Gomez, King Vela, Prince Vela, Nevaeh Vela, Amelia Rose Marine; five other grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her father, Alejandro Longoria, Sr.; and nephew, Domingo Silvas, Jr.
