Rob Roberts passed away Tuesday morning, March 26, 2024 in Quanah. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 29th at Quanah Memorial Park with Pastor Mark Stripling officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Robbie Dale Roberts was born February 20, 1959 in Plainview, Texas to John and Sybil (Scarberry) Roberts. He married Mary Moore, in Quanah, on June 27th, 1980. Rob was retired from Atmos Energy but continued to be very active with the Quanah Chamber of Commerce and youth groups. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Quanah. Rob loved music, enjoyed travelling, and had a special love for his great grandson.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Roberts, of Quanah; daughter, Robyn Hill, of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Rylee Finley and Danny Perry, Tamari Hill, and Tynzlee Hill; great grandson, Noah Ray Perry; his father, John Roberts, of Abernathy; siblings, Linda Smith, of Altus, Darrell Roberts and Lanora, of Abilene, Lisa Garrett and Vance, of Abernathy, and Johnny Roberts and Denise, of Wichita Falls; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Rob was preceded in death by his mother.
