Sharon Lamb, 76, of Quanah, passed away Thursday evening, July 16, 2020. A funeral service is planned for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 23, 2020, at First Christian Church in Quanah. Interment will follow at Quanah Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, July 22 ^nd .

Sharon Ruth Davis was born in Wellington, Texas on December 16, 1943, to Newton Ray and Mary Verda (Peck) Davis. She married Robert Lamb on December 2, 1976 in Quanah. Robert preceded her in death on October 7, 2018. Sharon was a homemaker, and retired from the Vernon State Hospital, where she worked as a guard. She was also employed as a manager at Allsup's.  She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors include 2 sons, Charles A. Cash, and wife Gala, of Iowa Park, and Terry Wayne Cash of Quanah; a brother, Johnny "Cotton" Davis of Grandfield, Oklahoma; a sister, Betty Lou Martin of Chico, Texas; 4 grandchildren, Brian Edmonds and wife Chelsey, Alex White and husband Preston, Brandon Edmonds and wife Randa, Tess Bryant and husband Brady; and 8 great grandchildren, Jaci Bryant, Bailey White, Harley Edmonds, Claire White, Channing Edmonds, Kynadee Edmonds, Gentri Bryant, and Barett Edmonds.

The family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
