Tommy Wayne Welch, 59, of Quanah, died Saturday, March 9, 2019.

There will be a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m., April 5, 2019, at Bethel Baptist Church in Quanah.  If anyone has a story about Tommy, the family would like to invite them to share stories at the service.

Tommy was born on March 4, 1960, to Doc and Dorothy (Gooch) Welch, in Electra, Texas.  He was raised by Horace and Oleta Ballard.

He had worked at North Texas State Hospital, as a Psychiatric Nurse Assistant, and was currently on disability. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Margie Welch, of the home; a daughter, Angel Ceniceros; 3 stepsons, Michael Finley, Anthony Finley, and David Finley, Jr.; a stepdaughter, Tonya Lopez; 3 sisters, Linda Duncan, Vicki Cox, and Cordie Cunningham; 2 brothers, Billy Welch and John Welch; and 17 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by one brother, J.D. Welch.
